hot roominadequate lighting
the tented room was not ideal for me. it was hot and humid even with air conditioning. also, i found there was a lack of lighting. it seems unnecessary since there was plentiful electricity in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The tent had air conditioning, really needed due to the humid weather. All facilities (shower and toilet) were very clean. They recommended getting up early to watch the sunrise and join the complementary bird watching tour (i found it great).
The lighting inside the tent was limited. I could barely see my surroundings.

decent stay but some issues

inadequate lightingineffective air conditioning
the lighting INSIDE the tent proved INADEQUATE i struggled to SEE properly at night this needs addressing the air conditioning also seemed somewhat ineffective during hotter PARTS of the day additionally the promised complimentary cocktail was not offered on arrival nor mentioned throughout MY stay i had to ask for it. this oversight felt DISAPPOINTING given the hotel's rating this failure IS unacceptable.
